洛陽開元礦業集團有限公司，始成立于2006年，主營業務涵蓋礦產品貿易、礦山開發、酒店服務、房地產開發和金融投資等，集團位于洛陽市開元大道269號唐都園區；中國民主建國會會員、洛陽青年聯合委員會常委、洛陽市慈善風云人物、青年企業家許明月先生，現任洛陽開元集團董事長兼總經理。
集團業務涉及有色金屬礦山開發、有色金屬礦產品購銷與進出口貿易、房地產開發、酒店服務與管理、企業管理與咨詢、資本投資等多個領域。集團旗下共有十余家全資子公司，主要包括貴州開元礦業有限公司、興?？h銅鑫礦業有限公司、洛陽集美酒店管理有限公司、洛陽唐都房地產開發有限公司、北京明峰資本管理有限公司、北京明峰管理咨詢有限公司、北京釋源文化傳媒有限公司等。
